  Exclusions:
  Upholstery, including fabric, leather, or leatherette, is not included.
  Damages caused by exposure to sunlight, water, improper re-assembly, or cleaning with harsh chemicals are excluded.
  Repairs performed by third-party vendors will render the warranty void.
  Natural wood wear and tear (splits, joint lines) from regular use is not covered.
