- Damage to fabric caused by sharp objects is not covered.
- Seasonal wood splits, visible joint lines, and grain variations up to 5 mm are natural characteristics and not defects.
- Repairs conducted by third-party vendors void the warranty.
- Damages from exposure to water, sunlight, or improper cleaning products are excluded.
