The Hana Sofa is warranted for the internal wooden frame, foam components, and overall workmanship against manufacturing defects under normal household usage.
Foam sagging or deformation beyond acceptable tolerances is included.

Exclusions:
Normal wear and tear, minor cuts, scratches, or damages caused by improper cleaning methods, exposure to sunlight, or water.
External materials, including fabric, leather, or leatherette, are not covered.
Repairs performed by third-party vendors will render the warranty void.
Natural wood characteristics, such as seasonal splits, joint lines, wood grains, or unevenness up to 5 mm, are not considered defects.
